My name is Pavlína Hrádelová and I specialize in the Joalis INFORMATION METHOD. I am a lover of yoga, gardening, nature, good coffee, handicrafts, and a mother of two children. I was born in Brno and spent a large part of my life in the countryside and in nature. I have always been interested in various so-called alternative healing methods, herbs, and Chinese medicine, but unfortunately, I did not pursue it professionally for a long time. After completing university, I worked for some time in a personnel agency, focusing on clients' initial psychological profiles, but then I worked completely outside the field for several more years. 

Like most detoxification counselors, I initially tried the Information Method on my own health. Fate brought me into contact with this method when I suffered from insomnia for many years, and modern medicine did not provide a solution. This experience revealed to me the strength of this method, and I couldn't turn back. I began to delve into the Chinese pentagram and everything connected to this holistic approach. Gradually, I went through a three-tiered educational system and obtained certification as an Information Method advisor, and my life began to take a new direction.  I found answers to my questions and could combine my university knowledge of Psychology with this method, leading to improvements in our health and mental well-being. Equipped with the tools to accurately identify health issues and propose effective individual treatments, my vision is to offer people a new way to maintain their health and become more attuned to themselves. I aim to guide them in changing their lives patiently, step by step.
